Welcome to St Peter's Church
Open Prayerful Relevant
In the 1980’s our beautiful church was empty and run down. So when a small group of people felt called to start worshipping here again their vision was to create a warm and welcoming place that could be used every day of the week. And that’s what we’ve done. We give space and friendship to hundreds of Under-3’s and their carers, as well as musicians, singers, actors, artists and, most importantly, we offer a place of worship for a congregation that spans all ages.
Our relaxed and informal style attracts people from all kinds of religious backgrounds and at very different stages in their spiritual journeys. Our aim is to be a place of friendship, joy, peace and healing at the heart of the community of Notting Hill.
We believe in the power of prayer and look to both the Bible and the Holy Spirit to guide us. We believe in a living God who is totally relevant to our lives today, and thank Him that many of our congregation have experienced both spiritual and physical healing through prayer.
