HIRING HALL SPACE
The Hall is a large versitile space (66 square metres). The Hall is double height, a wooden floor and is blessed with large windows that give plenty of natural light. The Hall is let as a clear space but there is access to the following:
- 100 folding chairs that stack onto 4 trollies
- 2 folding tables
- 10 children's size folding tables plus 20 small children's chairs
- There is a kitchen that is equiped with a dishwasher, hot water boiler for teas and coffees and also a mircowave. There is a good supply of mugs and glasses and a limited amount of crockery
- There is also WC access.
Cost of Hire from January 2011:
- £30 per hour for a regular hourly booking or small meeting (up to 25 people)
- £65 for a large meeting (25+ people)
- Children's parties only for those of primary school age are £160 for the first 2 hours and £55 for each additional hour
Also available is our 'Bridge' office meeting room which is suitable for interviews, small meetings or training sessions. A projector (with computer access), six PCs, white board and flip-chart are included in the £40 per hour charge. Access to the room is through our main office which can act as a 'reception' as required. This room is only available during normal office hours.
