Taught by experienced and qualified teacher Elisa Williams, these small friendly community classes can be tailored for all levels, ages and abilities. To encourage commitment. The classes are run as a course, which runs in conjunction with school terms.
11 week course £110. (Newcomers are welcome to try out their first class on a £10 drop in basis and join the course at anytime throughout the term.)
Phillipa is an experienced teacher who has taught for 18 years, the classes will be a slow flowing alignment-based yoga class, with suitable options for all levels of student.
