Body & Mind Wellness classes

Develop a stronger, healthier back, toned legs, arms, buttocks and stomach, improved posture, increased flexibility, more energy and a calmer focused mind.

Tuesday & Friday mornings at 9.30am. 

Taught by experienced and qualified teacher Elisa Williams, these small friendly community classes can be tailored for all levels, ages and abilities. To encourage commitment. The classes are run as a course, which runs in conjunction with school terms. 

11 week course £110. (Newcomers are welcome to try out their first class on a £10 drop in basis and join the course at anytime throughout the term.)

Phillipa Gendall is an experienced teacher who has taught for 18 years, the classes will be a slow flowing alignment-based yoga class, with suitable options for all levels of student.

Drawing classes:

Susannah Fiennes teaches life-drawing classes on Wednesday mornings 10am. On alternate weeks, the classes are taught by Guy Mortimer.

Self-help groups:

St Peter’s Hall is home to a number of self help groups which support those trying to make significant, and often difficult changes, in their lives. Over the years these groups have helped a large number of people who in turn have often felt able to help others.
